The terminals work via WiFi and can also connect through mobile internet. Some versions support dual SIM, optionally with two providers, making you less dependent on a single network. This helps prevent downtime in case of internet issues.
Yes. The mobile POS is suitable for terrace use and on-location operation. We do recommend using an appropriate protective case or stand, depending on how intensively you work outdoors and whether there is a risk of rain or strong sunlight.
Yes. We work with SoftPOS, allowing customers to pay via NFC on the phone or tablet while you process the order at the same time. This is fast and ideal if you want to start with a low barrier.
Credit card payments are not supported with SoftPOS. If you also want to accept credit cards, you will need a mobile POS with a physical payment terminal. We offer those as well, but they come with a higher purchase cost.
We help you choose the right setup based on your payment mix and location.
That depends on your workflow. We offer models with and without a built-in receipt printer. If you prefer paperless operation, that is also possible. The software supports entering an email address, after which the customer immediately receives a PDF invoice by email.
For kitchen or counter use, you can also work with digital displays, depending on your setup.
